OwnerGeneva, Ohio 44041www.northcoastdriving.com 440-466-5341/office 440-466-0453/fax July 30, 2016Ms*** ***Revdex.comCleveland, OhioRe: Complaint #*** I received this complaint on July 27, in reference to the situation which occurred June 13, I have talked with Mrs*** in length on July 28, in reference to her complaint I asked her why she waited till now to make me aware of this situation and stated that if she would have contacted me on June 13, a new instructor would of been assigned to continue with her daughters lessons She replied that she told her daughter to be patient and finish with this instructorHer daughter did on June14, Her daughter went for her license, passed and is currently driving Mrs*** stated she called me June 27, and left me a voice message to call herShe stated I never returned her call that day Mrs*** never contacted me prior to June 27, I apologized to her for not calling her back onJune 27, I make it a point to return all calls within a twenty-four hour period and this was truly an oversight on my part. I explained to her that we are all professional in this business and we do our best to instruct these new drivers with respect and dignity Our teaching practice is based on integrity and respect for everyone; teen, parent and the public.
