I am thoroughly convinced my coat was never cleaned at all! There...
is absolutely NO chemical odor. And, I found many more "removable" stains on the inside of the coat. There was NEVER an offer to reclean the coat. The stains were not even an issue until I got home and found the little tag that said they were not able to remove them. I gave her my hard earned money for nothing.
