It is with much dismay and frustration I have to sit and write this review I do not write these often, however, we feel it’s necessary to highlight the horrific experience we have faced! I would highly suggest that no one ever uses “Miles of Excavating” of Wrentham, MA for ANY service work whatsoever We had hired this company for a new septic system on a house that we were selling “Miles of Excavating” of Wrentham, MA had over two-months advance notice to complete the work (ample time in our estimation, as well as the owner guaranteeing it would take only days when we were ready), and the company waited until the last minute to begin, and with that, several issues arose
The owner is completely unprofessional, immature, and has had an extremely toxic work ethic and attitudeAfter leaving several messages for the owner, this person blatantly never returned our callsWe felt ignored and neglected from a vendor we had hired Further, in demonstrating his unprofessional behavior, this person hung up the phone on us while we were trying to have a conversation The owner assaulted us verbally and left us emotionally distressedThis entire experience has been infuriating!
The owner also threatened to leave the job multiple times (waking us up at 6:30/7:in the morning), as well as holding hostage the “Title V" over our heads, like a ransom situation! Are we in a movie?! Again, demonstrating his complete lack of professionalism
Because of the company waiting until the last minute to proceed, we had to delay our closing to the following week, leaving the buyers homeless and us having to wait additional days to close on the home, paying taxes for an additional weekTheir negligence is not only costly, burdensome, but left many parties involved scrambling at the last minuteDon't be fooled!
