Dunrite does not go out of our way to create damage to a customer’s yardThere are things that are done that are necessary and sometime unavoidable to get the job doneThe electric pipes [redacted] spoke of (see attached photo) were not placed 18” below grade and as a result when we were grading around the pool area they were hitAs it turns out, the electrician put the wrong size electrical conduit in the ground and subsequently had to be dug up to put in the correct sizeDunrite was on the job while the electricians were there and in good faith agreed to help them dig the new trench for the conduitAs per [redacted] request for reimbursement for water as its highest rate (see attached image for water rates) the amount of $which represents the cost of the water wasted from the pool will be deducted from the $2,remaining balance on the pool(9,gallons x $= $24.03) After Dunrite dug up the braces, they did not feel it was necessary to send pictures of each brace as the holes were exposed for ~hours, giving the homeowner ample time to visually inspect each brace for themselves That being said, the photos were emailed to [redacted] on 6/** As we were unable to find any attached pictures in [redacted] ***’s response, we can’t fully respond to the complaint of the rough gradeAs per Dunrites contract, Dunrite will leave areas in which we excavated with a rough grade, however there may be areas beyond our excavation which may be at a higher gradeThe chlorine generators that Dunrite use do not continue to produce chlorine once the filter has been turned off Therefore, a backflow valve is not typically needed between the heater and chlorine generator Due to [redacted] ***’s conversation with the [redacted] representative stating that a backflow valve is required, Dunrite did return to install a backflow valve (check valve) between the chlorine generator and heater as per his request After reviewing our contract it is noted that pool ladder is to be “RESET” which means that Dunrite will reset the homeowners original ladder from his original pool (see attached image of contract) If [redacted] would like to have a second bipartisan professional pool installation company review the installation, Dunrite is more than confident that they would find no issues with the inground installation of the pool Dunrite Pools is and will continue to be 100% confident in the proper installation of [redacted] ***’s pool as we are fully licensed and are also recognized by APSP as being a Certified Building Professional
