I have spoken to our service technicians and have been told that they did not touch *** *** skimmer baskets. The crew chief Rob has been with Dunrite for over years. The work we did on the pool was to replace the pump on the filter system. This work was done neatly,
on time, and to the customers satisfaction. The service technicians would have had no reason to enter the immediate pool area as the pool was already open and running for the season*** *** was outside the entire time with our crew chief Rob. Had our service technicians spent time at the pool side "*** *** *** *** *** * ***", I'm sure he would have seen it. *** *** was happy, thanked the guys, and tipped them when they left. That being said, if *** *** is in need to new skimmer baskets, I will ship them to him at no charge in order to preserve good customer relations. I would have done it without contacting the Revdex.com had he come into the store or asked to speak to me. We don't have a Marie that works here, I'm not sure who he spoke to. The baskets will be sent today via *** ground tracking number *** *** ***Sincerely,Keith B***

Hello,As stated in our attached contract and work job sheet, Dunrite Pools is not responsible for sidewalk damage or sprinkler damage, which *** *** signed both copiesAs we have found from experience, protecting the sidewalk does not stop the weight of the equipment on the side walk and it will
crackFurthermore, unless sprinkles lines are marked for us, we cannot tell where they are underground and is impossible to avoid hitting themThat being said, there will be no reimbursement for sidewalk or sprinkler lines.*** *** had overfilled the pool which had caused too much pressure on the brace which caused it to buckleI never said we would definitely have to lower the waterI said we might be able to straighten the wall with the pool filled due to the fact that water can giveSubsequently, the installation crew found it was necessary to lower the water level *' which you can see by the attached photo *** *** sent me in order the fix the turnbuckles and straighten the pool wallTotal water wasted comes to 8,gallons based on lowering the level *'.Dunrite will return to dig up side of pool and expose braces that were buckled in order to take pictures and show that they were repaired. As of 6/*/17, dirt and gravel has now been removed from the property. Also, on 6/*/17, the skimmers were adjusted and it was showed to *** *** that the lids are easily adjustable up or down

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here]
There is a difference between or accidental damage and gross negligence and disregard. The sidewalk damage and cut sprinkler heads are examples of thatThe sprinkler heads were marked with spray paint and flags were placed where the heads wereAs the sprinkler lines were eight inches below grade there should have been no damage to them as the system is well over feet from the pool areaIt was also noted that the sprinkler lines were actually cut. This happened when the back hoe got stuck and they used the surrounding ground to pull themselves outThis is a blatant disregard for a home owner's propertyAnother example of blatant disregard for a home owners property was the complete destruction of the electricians rough- in work that was specifically placed out of the way, and yet was still so severely damaged that all of the rough- in had to be re-dug up and completely redone by my licensed electrician. We were told precautions would be taken to avoid or minimize damage and none were taken, in fact the workers appear to work with impunity and a total disregard for avoiding damage.*** *** had overfilled the pool which had caused too much pressure on the brace which caused it to buckleI never said we would definitely have to lower the waterI said we might be able to straighten the wall with the pool filled due to the fact that water can giveSubsequently, the installation crew found it was necessary to lower the water level 2' which you can see by the attached photo *** *** sent me in order the fix the turnbuckles and straighten the pool wallTotal water wasted comes to 8,gallons based on lowering the level 2'The pool fill line as per Ken from Dun rite pools is supposed to be at the middle screw which is roughly three inches below the lip of the pool. As per the manufacturer of the pool buckle they alone do not support the weight of the pool sidesThe must be supported by the pool sides being properly back filledAlso, the lines in the liner that where supposed to disappear when the pool is completely fullAre still present.I will be awaiting the check to reimburse me for the waster waterAs per my previous email at the higher water usage rate.Dunrite will return to dig up side of pool and expose braces that were buckled in order to take pictures and show that they were repaired. On 6/*/Dun Rite came to dig up an photograph the supports and I am awaiting those pictures. As of 6/*/17, dirt and gravel has now been removed from the property. The dirt and gravel have been removed but not to "rough grade" as per the signed contractThe definition of "rough grade" is the ground soil has plus or minus one or two inchesThere are areas as high as seven inches above gradeOver the vast majority of the areas that they worked in. See the attached pictures. It was told to me on 6/*/that I can do this myself by your workerWhich leads me back to the original questionI was also told that my contractor can easily adjust the skimmersAfter a discussion with my contractor knows of all the issues I have had with Dun Rite pools and refuses to touch their work unless I sign a releaseThey are concerned of hidden damages In a conversation with Ken on 6/*/I was told that a backflow valve is not needed between the pool heater and return lineAfter speaking with manufacturer of the pool heater; *** on 6/*/and after speaking with an *** certified repair person on 6/*/if a back flow valve is not installed it will lead to a premature failure of my pool heater that will require a complete replacement of the equipment. It is written in the contract that Dun Rite will install customer owned pool heaterAs a consumer I would assume a company who installs pools would install them properly and not take short cuts. After reviewing our contract it is also noted that the aluminum pool ladder was not installed nor delivered to my home as of dateAt this point my confidence in the pool being properly installed is extremely lowIf I as a consumer can find items that are not correct with the poolThe only way to ensure it was properly installed is to get a second bipartisan professional pool installation company to review the installation to unsure it was installed properly. In a conversation with Ken on 6/*/I was told that a backflow valve is not needed between the pool heater and return lineAfter speaking with manufacturer of the pool heater; *** on 6/*/and after speaking with an *** certified repair person on 6/*/if a back flow valve is not installed it will lead to a premature failure of my pool heater that will require a complete replacement of the equipment. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Dunrite does not go out of our way to create damage to a customer’s yard. There are things that are done that are necessary and sometime unavoidable to get the job done. The electric pipes [redacted] spoke of (see attached photo) were not placed 18” below grade and as a result when we were grading around the pool area they were hit. As it turns out, the electrician put the wrong size electrical conduit in the ground and subsequently had to be dug up to put in the correct size. Dunrite was on the job while the electricians were there and in good faith agreed to help them dig the new trench for the conduit. As per [redacted] request for reimbursement for water as its highest rate (see attached image for water rates) the amount of $24.03 which represents the cost of the water wasted from the pool will be deducted from the $2,000.00 remaining balance on the pool. (9,000 gallons x $2.67 = $24.03) After Dunrite dug up the braces, they did not feel it was necessary to send pictures of each brace as the holes were exposed for ~24 hours, giving the homeowner ample time to visually inspect each brace for themselves.  That being said, the photos were emailed to [redacted] on 6/**.  As we were unable to find any attached pictures in [redacted]’s response, we can’t fully respond to the complaint of the rough grade. As per Dunrites contract, Dunrite will leave areas in which we excavated with a rough grade, however there may be areas beyond our excavation which may be at a higher grade. The chlorine generators that Dunrite use do not continue to produce chlorine once the filter has been turned off.  Therefore, a backflow valve is not typically needed between the heater and chlorine generator.   Due to [redacted]’s conversation with the [redacted] representative stating that a backflow valve is required, Dunrite did return to install a backflow valve (check valve) between the chlorine generator and heater as per his request.  After reviewing our contract it is noted that pool ladder is to be “RESET” which means that Dunrite will reset the homeowners original ladder from his original pool.  (see attached image of contract) If [redacted] would like to have a second bipartisan professional pool installation company review the installation, Dunrite is more than confident that they would find no issues with the inground installation of the pool.  Dunrite Pools is and will continue to be 100% confident in the proper installation of [redacted]’s pool as we are fully licensed and are also recognized by APSP as being a Certified Building Professional.
