The AC man installed a double wide pipe for the new cental heater that ran the pipe through the roof The AC man did not install a new base to the heater pipe that is required He used the old pipe base that did not fit the new double wall heater pipe that was protruding from the
roof I sent over a handy man who installed the new heater baseto he pipe that the AC man should have installed and put new shingles around the new heater base The problem is now fixed This was not something done incorrectly by us but by the AC man when he installed the new central heating unit in the attic and pipe a new pipe through the roof

We have been out there several times to repair the roof.  We week we had trouble making the appointment was the week we had 10+ inches of rain and flooding in Houston.  We have been out there twice since then to caulk a pipe and repair the flat roof.  The last time we went out there...

we found a broken shingle from something hitting the roof (falling tree branch etc) and we sealed the shingle.    I told the homeowner if it leaks again then we would be glad to replace the shingle.   We will be glad to fix any future problems that arrive.  thanks.
