Stephen's Appliance

I requested repair for my dishwasher and cook top through American Home ShieldStephens Appliance were dispatchedRepairman arrived made repairs and charged American Home Shield for the repairsI was also charged $for the service call
Within days the appliance's stopped working again and upon calling the owner of Stephens ApplianceStephens Appliance refused to back up their work
My observations were that the repairman "rigged" the appliances to work so that he could gain my approval for sign off with American Home ShieldStephens Appliance then charged American Home Shield what they wanted for the repair I requested recall on the service but Stephens appliance refused to honor their workStephens Appliance ordered nor installed any parts for this job
I hope that no one else has to go through the stress of using this company

We used Stephens Appliance because they were assigned to us by ***...the "repairman" that came out truly had no idea what he was doing, he even went so far as to ask me if I had a certain tool that he needed...as he banged on my microwave trying to get the bolts outIn a nutshell he failed to bolt the unit back into the wall and a simple repair to my dishwasher resulted in more damage than I had in the first place! After repeated calls and messages and even after *** contacted them again they refused to answer or return our callsHorrible horrible company

Stephen's Appliance was sent to repair a refrigerator through AHS The repair guy didn't repair it but rather rigged it to work and took the $service fee He claimed a part was needed that had to be ordered and it would arrive in 3-business days The part never came and he never called to give any updates We called and left messages at least 12x and he never returned any calls So after weeks I placed another service request with them right after leaving my last status update request message and what do you know he called right back in hopes of getting another customer for a service charge before not completing the job Needless to say I saw clearly after that what kind of poor business I was dealing with I'll never accept any recommendation on this place from anyone ever again
