Stephen's Floor Covering

Our salesman went out to look at the vinyl flooring installed in the basement. He used to be a salesman for Armstrong, so he is very knowledgeable in the Armstrong products and manufacturer defects. The customer did acknowledge that she had a water issue in her basement.the vinyl was
discolored, which indicated that it was discolored due to mold. Armstrong nor Stephens Floor warrants any product with mold due to a moisture issuewe are sorry this customer is not happy with Stephens' customer service

He has not been speaking with us, so we had no idea of this problem. We did the work through a contractor. We are contacting the Armstrong rep and have him take a look at the floor
