Stephen's Appliance

Stephen's Appliance was sent to repair a refrigerator through AHS. The repair guy didn't repair it but rather rigged it to work and took the $75 service fee. He claimed a part was needed that had to be ordered and it would arrive in 3-5 business days. The part never came and he never called to give any updates. We called and left messages at least 12x and he never returned any calls. So after 4 weeks I placed another service request with them right after leaving my last status update request message and what do you know he called right back in hopes of getting another customer for a service charge before not completing the job. Needless to say I saw clearly after that what kind of poor business I was dealing with. I'll never accept any recommendation on this place from anyone ever again.
