They say this was beyond there controlI guess not contacting me was beyond there control alsoNot until I pushed the issue did they try one time to contact me. And it was not the first time in there letter to the Revdex.com that they say there was a problem with me getting the loanIf that was the reason, then that would have been the first thing that would have been statedThen they send me a check for $and call it half of the payment I madeThe payment was $445.00, half of that is $There company was the one who said I needed an appraisal, and they sent the person who did the appraisal to my homeThis was after I was told everything was good to goSo as they say, in good faith I paid the $for the appraisal, because I was told that was all that was needed to finish the loanThey can also check there agents phone records, if they haven't alreadyYou will see that what has been stated in these messages to the Revdex.com that someone has been lying about the calls made to me

It was determined that the transaction for Mr. [redacted] could not be completed without a change in terms. There were multiple reasons mandating this change that cannot be addressed in a public forum due to privacy.
We have been attempting to reach Mr. [redacted] to determine if he wanted to move...

forward with the changed terms but we cannot get a response from him.
This status is current as of this writing. We would like to discuss these options with him if he can contact Mr. S[redacted] who has left multiple messages.

I just received an e-mail from you. I went to the message and it said I have not responded to the complaint submitted and you canceled it.
