I am rejecting this response because: I was told that I would have someone come to my house to give me an estimate that I would contact their office when I was ready Mr*** never said anything to me regarding what I was signing The conversation was I would contact his office I never got a phone call letting me know someone was coming to my home I would not have authorized anyone there, when I was not there I never saw the work done, do not see proof there was any work done There was an alternate phone number, if someone had called me on both numbers, and reached me, then this would of never happend I did not authorize anyone to come on my property without my knowledge

We have a signed contract dated 03/11/2015.  There is no misinterpretation of the agreement.  It explains the "Acknowledgement", "The Right to Cancel", and the "Standard General Conditions and Limited Warranty" as well as payment.  After the contract was signed, the homeowner was...

contacted at the number provided to us: 830-249-0023.  We left a message explaining the date of installation would occur on 03/26/2015 between 4-430pm (standard protocol).  We completed the contracted work (standard protocol).  After work was complete, an invoice was left at the home (standard protocol).  That is when we received a call wondering why we left an invoice.  We explained the above information.  Homeowner mentioned she didn't sign anything.  We explained the contract we had that was signed.  She then went on to say that we never got her approval to start work.  We explained the contract is the approval and we left a message on the number listed above.  The homeowner advised us she never checks the messages on that voicemail.  After going back and forth, we had the original representative: [redacted] call her and find out where the miscommunication started.  After speaking with her, she continued to say she never gave her consent.  Our company owner called her Monday 03/30/15 and again on Tuesday 03/31/2015.  He has not been able to reach her; left messages each time we called.  At this time, we are only wanting payment for the contracted work, Mrs. [redacted] agreed to.  The work has been completed and the roof issue has been resolved.
