Had a GFI installed It is now nonfunctional Vendor indicates they will charge me to come out and fix They purchased the part which I know was marked up significantly than the retail cost of the store where this was purchasedIronically, they made a return call on the exact GFI because they had a bad ground signal on their testing equipment It turns out the testing equipment was defective! They then charged me for that visit I did not complain although I should have insisted the visit be no charge I tried to use local services The other work they did was satisfactory and I paid them in excess of $for their work It's troublesome that they would not want to check and fix a relatively small problem in order to maintain good relationships
