Contract for in led lights with trim to be installed in family room and kitchen We were under the asumption that both types of lights would be the same, instead different led lights were installed in the kitchen which results in less light output than family room Contacted the company the next day and he said we approved everything so nothing can be done We never approved having two different lights to be installed The lights were installed during the daytime That evening when we turned on the lights we saw the difference in light output and at that time noticed they were two different type of lights

I didn't end up having Stephenson come out to inspect our electric panel because the person that answered the phone was so rude My husband said that he has stopped into their Fenton office a few times and got the same cocky/rude treatment Even though they were the ones who originally installed our panel, we will not use them for service based on they way they talked to usThis is not a way to get or keep customers

The electrician was totally honest, respectful, and efficient They don't try and get every dollar squeezed out of you, but work with you to make it safe, legal and as economical as possible I highly recommend this company

A quote was never given he called and asked about how much it would be. I told him a simple install would be around $200. I told him our 1 hour minimum charge is $160 for the 1st hour and $40 for every 30 minutes after. When we first arrived we moved hundreds of his dvds and he did not inform me...

that there was a cabinet to go through and not just wall. We made 3 4x4 squares in the drywall. We had to get through 2 studs. The customer was aware that holes needed to be cut and he said it was not an issue. We left the dry wall patches so that the drywall could be screwed right back in. We replaced the dvds as well. Had that all been cleared out it would have gone a lot quicker. He was well aware of the cost before we began. This is the first time we are hearing about the outlet not working. we never told him we wouldn't do anything about it. When we left the wife signed our service ticket saying that the work was done to 100% satisfaction. The outlet worked when we left. Whatever happened within the month since we left. We'd be more than happy to come look at it.

Had a GFI installed. It is now nonfunctional. Vendor indicates they will charge me to come out and fix. They purchased the part which I know was marked up significantly than the retail cost of the store where this was purchased. Ironically, they made a return call on the exact GFI because they had a bad ground signal on their testing equipment. It turns out the testing equipment was defective! They then charged me for that visit. I did not complain although I should have insisted the visit be no charge.

I tried to use local services. The other work they did was satisfactory and I paid them in excess of $600 for their work. It's troublesome that they would not want to check and fix a relatively small problem in order to maintain good relationships.
