Office staff is unprofessional and make multiple mistakes. Stepniak is impossible to get a hold of, he is rude and condescending and talks more about himself then your case. I have contacted the Florida Bar Association regarding the way my case was handled. Once he has your money your case is over and he doesn't care. He will not fight for you, he dragged my case on for months. Google his name and do your research before you consider him. I wish I would have before I hired him.
