I contacted the Kids Count owner via email about getting a refund for my Supply fee and was told one would be given. I have not received any refund and the owner will not respond. I have email proof that he agreed he would refund it. I also emailed him several complaints from the few months his staff had my son.
Please see attachment for further details.
The complaint has been noted and the refund check has been mailed out. I apologized to ***. The problem has been solved.Thank you for your time.Kids Count
