This family wanted to enroll their children in our childcare and completed a parent agreement and a one time charge of $to process the paperwork and enrollment for their childrenFamilies are required to pay for tuition prior to service,
this family stated that their "social worker" would confirm however we did not receive confirmation from CCAP that this family was covered, which means the family is required to pay full tuition costsThis family said they would still start and pay until CCAP was approved, the day they were going to start they sent an email stating that they would not be starting and asked for the $back, we stated that the agreement had been signed already and went through the bankWe were not sure if they were still planning to start their children at a later date, in the mean time we received a NSF "stop payment" on their $check and have not heard word from this family until this Revdex.com letter cameIf the check would have cleared and they had concerns of getting their $back we would have been able to send their $back to them with no troublesIn conclusion this family never paid any money to Stepping Stones, you cannot pay back money that was never cashed!
