services, the amount insurance company approved was even less than what client agreed to pay. The client has said he refuses to pay because he feels he was not helped. We are paid for time, not cures. We do not guarantee a cure as there are too many variables involved with getting better which are out of our control. We try to help everyone achieve their goals and have helped a lot of individuals and families.

This was supposed to be family therapy. My family was never seen. Every incident I would bring up would always be pinned back on me as it was "my fault" This therapy was not helpful but also a fraud. Again, why would I attend a Family therapy session without being able to address my concerns with the other family members?
As far as the billing, how can you give a person a quote on a therapy when you don't have a clue what my insurance will cover and call that the standard price. The prices were listed in the web survey I had to take before attending therapy.
