They redid our shower that was leaking and falling apart. About 3 months after they finished it started leaking again. When told about it, the owner came over and tried to reseal places around the shower that did not work. we decided to have another contractor fix the leak and it turned out they had put the shower pan in all wrong. The owner had offered to pay back a small amount but never did follow through, Also the toilet they installed started leaking 2 years later and we had to get that fixed.
