got approved, she inquired about military discount , and she was offered another 10% discount. she was veryyyyyyy happy and she accept the deal and signed all the invoices and contracts.
Customer got full refund.

There was no full refund. I never asked for my credit to be run, but was told that they would "just to see if I got approved." I was not happy so much as I felt sick to my stomach and discriminated/taken advantage of because I am a woman.

2- Stereo Center invoice signed by [redacted]. ALso, the invoice before the signature shows Stereo Center Guarantee, which it states that All sales Final.
3- Sales slip signed by [redacted].
4- Credit Voucher ( refund slip) signed by [redacted].
As shown from the attached files shown above, [redacted] signed all the documents and a full refund was issued to her.
