We offer a lifetime warranty on all our installationsIf he has any issue with something not working, he is welcome to come to our location and we can do the best to repair the issueIn his email, he claimed the price was a rip off, and how we are scammers, all he had to do was just bring his car back, and we would be able to fix whatever he is not happy withWe got the impression that the only issue he was unhappy with, was that the price was too highThe reason we were not able to quote him over email originally is because we did not want to give him an inaccurate price before a tech could see itHe can come in anytime and we can fix the park assist, and anything elseWe apologize for any inconvenience

Since we are stating things that does not matter lets start from the beginning, I signed up for a 25% coupon or whatever on their website... Whoever run the email engine, got right back to me asking what services I want through email... I clearly said what I need and what happen (i clearly needed my factory wiring harness fixed cause I broke plastic from the factory and I brought the factory harnesses (same already in car) instead of the aftermarket radio harnesses) which is a cheap part under $15 (they use exact same company I order from). I even added, I can install the radio myself just needed a more electronic expertise to put factory harness back... No price never was given online or else I probably would have drive into [redacted] for cheaper... they had to get me to the store, I got to the store and "tech" viewed it and said everything was good to put back together... I have absolutely have no problem in paying $150 for the correct install (meaning everything from factory except for on star still works (does not use [redacted]), I got the car back and everything did not work(chimes, park assist, etc)... the big problem came in when I contacted business after to complain... instead of being a Revdex.com high grade business and working with me to get it taking care of, they used power (exactly what they using now) to just tell me to kick rocks and everything is done... the un-ethical answer they gave to my complaint was bring it in, everything will go back to factory, you will be charged $85 a hr, and a restocking fee... I am like wow, I just left your store yesterday... and restock what, I brought my own parts... No one rated this high with Revdex.com have that kind of policy towards customers... How is this conversation even fair, the moderator should see right through this david vs. goliath situation... this company is playing the bully instead of conducting A+ business... I brought something for $1000 and still have at least 14 days to return it with no problem because the customer is always on the right... I trusted this business to spend my money, what I got was a half install that looks very nice on the outside, but no signals, chimes, parking assist works... Audit this business, install prices are never flat rate... everything they do will fluctuate cause they going to bully the lower spenders...
Thank You,

The customer came in on August 23, 2014 and we installed his own in dash DVD unit. Before bringing to us, he had tried to install it, and when the car was brought to us, nothing was working, and our technician quickly found that the customer had tapped into wires, that should not have been touched....

He had the wrong kit, so we supplied the correct kit needed, along with an antenna adapter, which he did not have. We quoted him $150 with the discount to install the product and mirror link. He agreed, and gave us his keys, and we installed the product. He paid for the installation with no issue at all, shook our sales reps hand, and left very happy(video surveillance). We always honor low price guaranteed, but to do so, we need to have written proof of a lower price. If he had brought in an ad from [redacted] or a written quote, we would not hesitate at all to honor the low price. When he came in, he made no mention whatsoever of [redacted], or never mentioned the price being too high. We offer free, no obligation quotes, If the price is too high, he does not have to do any business with us, and is free to shop elsewhere. If he was unhappy with our price we quoted him, he should not have agreed and handed us his keys. We took him in with no appointment and tried our best to fit him into our busy schedule, and had two technicians working on his car, so the time of install is irrelevant, because we have set prices, no matter how long it takes. We cannot be responsible for those with buyers remorse. He was a very nice gentleman, and we wish him the best of luck.

Review: Overcharge for services... never honored advertised 25% off coupon... Pure Scammers (have email conversation to prove it)... Do not care about customers at all, especially if you are not known to them, so customers have no equality at this place. Claims they honor low price guaranteed, charged me $50 more then what [redacted] would have charged... Even asked for a refund, rep literally got very very, un-caring, and un-ethical with last email and said everything will go back to factory and I will be charged $85 a hour and a restocking fee, so basically telling me I will not get any money back... The climax of the problem is it was only a hour job, I had my own accessories and parts, didn't need anything from them but install... they gave me a quick install but did not include my factory chimes and beeps, so now my car is not 100% functioning...Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $50 and also a deeper investigation into this company, cause america has no place for un-ethical, un- professional businesses... I do not know how they gotten a score like this from Revdex.com in the first place...

This letter is a statement of my experience with the above vendor. Although this is not a formal complaint, I felt that others might benefit going forward from the dealings with Stereo One [S1] from my point of view. In retrospect, I myself should have been more careful in the invoice/contract description. Too much verbal interaction as opposed to a more detailed invoice/contract has created a negative experience for me.

Attached, is a copy of the 10/26/2013 Invoice #2027 in the sum of $1100.

I wanted a front seat and back seat video system along with a remote-start alarm system.

This was to be installed in my personal truck. My wife could watch her preferred video in the front while my children could watch what they wanted in the back.

I picked up the vehicle around 5 pm on Saturday, 10/26/13. I should have inspected the work before I paid and left the premises-that was my error. In any event, I realized on Sunday, 10/27, that not all DVD’s could be played in either of the front or back video systems. I now understand that neither system is “Bluray “ compatible. That is, Bluray DVD’s will not play in either system.

Upon inquiry re same, S1 advised that the Pioneer Company does not make a Bluray compatible DVD player. I thought perhaps, I could “upgrade” to this. I was offered a “WiFi” system, which would be Bluray compatible for an additional $380. For the reason below stated, I’m declining this.

I have been to this I would say shop but that would be an insult. This established quality business as needed. They don't try to bust your budget yet offer solid top quality solutions for all of your automotive audio and visual needs as well as remote starts. If you can dream it, they can do it. They can turn that tired sound system and bad wheels to a tinted out sporty or luxurious automobile with a very fair turn around. If you want very fast installation chances are they are cutting corners. Stereo 1 does not cut corners. Is it best to drop your ride off for a big install? Yes! Because they take their time which is why they are Revdex.com A+. You go in with a budget, they work with you the best they can while staying in business. From regular walk in consumers to major dealerships they are highly sought after. Want the best? Hit up the guys and gals at Stereo 1. Want low quality and a choppy unreliable install? Then take your chances. I personally want quality but want a good deal. I am [redacted] I am 34 and have owned more cars than most people can count and I WILL only trust Stereo 1 to touch my rides. I got rides from $10k to $130k and I am moving to Georgia from Milwaukee and will definitely make the drive just to get quality at Stereo 1. You leave feeling like you were truly treated with respect, honesty and integrity even if you did not have a lot of money to get that dream system or dream set of wheels. But they offer great financing so you don't have to wait! Anyone who goes elsewhere needs better Navigation:) Stop in and see the best of the best. Remember, is it worth saving a few bucks for a cheap install and no warranty? I'd much rather pay a few % more and get a life time warranty and get a better quality product.

Review: On August 15, 2015 I had my door speakers replace and a speaker box and amp placed on my vehicle at Stereo One at 5040 S 27th St, Milwaukee, WI 53221. During this process they pulled out the grommet firewall which prevents leaking of any type of liquid. This resulted in water pooling in the driver side floor of my vehicle leading to water damage. My warranty with Infiiniti would not cover the leak due to after market work being performed. When I took the vehicle back to Stereo One they said you have to let us fix the problem. I stated you messed it up already the damage is done I would like to be compensated due to your error. They refused. About three months later the water caused my back up camera system and sensors to go out due to this water damage with a cost of $6,550 to repair. Once again Infiniti would not cover the damage due to after factor issue. This negligence on the part of Stereo One is causing me more out of pocket expenses and I have not had this vehicle for even one calendar year as of yet!Desired Settlement: I want Stereo One at 5040 S 27th St, Milwaukee, WI 53221 to refund my money I initially paid them which comes to the amount of $633.00.

Response:

We do offer a lifetime warranty on our installation, and when we were made aware of the issue, we offered to fix it, but the vehicle was never brought back to us. We would be more than happy to fix any issues we might have caused, and would pay for damages, but we were never allowed the opportunity to fix anything. We are not able to warranty work once someone else works on it.

I've had three remote starters installed by these guys and have not had a problem with any of the. 2002 Toyota Corolla, 2005 Nissan Altmia and a 2007 Nissan Sentra. The Corolla was about 4 years ago the Altima about 2 years ago and the Sentra in December.

This shop is great I went there to get an remote starter and left with all type of good [redacted]. The gentleman that helped me out was very polite and gave me a great deal!!..Thanks I will be returning to get the rest of my Vehicle serviced.
