After our insurance company (and an independent roof inspector they hired) inspected our roof, attic and interior, they concluded that the damage was attributable to the faulty installation of the intake vents by KLZ, denied our claim and directed us to address the issue directly with KLZ
In spite of their six year workmanship warranty, KLZ's owner, Kirk, did not attend our home or send a representative to survey the damage as per our verbal and multiple written requests for over a month Upon finally doing so, his employee who had initially recommended the vents acknowledged the fault of the vents they had installed, but Kirk made it very clear that none of the resulting damage would be covered by KLZ

I had a new roof done by KLZ roofing a few years ago, have had no problems relating to the roof Also the work crew were excellent We had the cladding and evestroughing was done on the house and garage They did a very good job Would recommend them for any of your out side work, roofing, cladding and eves troughing
