Sterling 1.99 Cleaners

Hi,My name is *** *** and I wanted to give you an update on a complaint that I had placed with you regarding Sterling Cleaners on SHamilton Rd.I was finally, after four months able to retrieve my suit, and the cleaners has agreed to give me $in free cleaning to compensate me for
their error.If the cleaners honors their agreement for the free cleaning then we will be in good shape.Thanks for your assistance,

Mrs. [redacted] brought a green jacket to my establishment and the green jacket had she'll buttons. The shell buttons that the manufacturer put on the jacket did not withstand the process of the dry cleaning so they broke. When buttons break IT IS NOT THE DRY CLEANERS FAULT. they're shell buttons...

therefore very delicate.  I explained to her and even went to joanns and bought $38 shell buttons to put on her jacket. I bought them, I replaced all 8 buttons and she came in and said she wasn't happy with the buttons. I went back to joanns. This time I Bought cheaper plastic buttons, took old ones out, put new ones on. She still wasn't happy. At that moment I told her no matter what I do, she wasn't going to be satisfied. So I told her to go get the buttons of her liking and I would put them on for her at no charge. Let me remind you that I've spent money in buttons, twice, and in alterations taking off and putting buttons on. Twice. I've done all of this out of customer appreciation. So I do not like it when people try to take advantage of the situation. I will gladly put those buttons she bought but I will not replace her jacket not will I reimburse the money for the buttons. She should've taken the $38 buttons I had on there first. They' were nice, matched the jacket and they were at no charge to her. And I don't know why she's saying I don't want to give her her jackets. That jackets is sitting in the back waiting for her to come get it.

I am rejecting this response because:My jackets was not made of shell buttons, first and for most. They were made of regular buttons (she can send you a picture of the buttons if they re made of shells). When I bought the regular buttons it cost only $27, so if she bought "$38" buttons why wouldnt she take the buttons I bought replace them and return the buttons that she bought. This was the first time it was washed, the buttons broke and I made a special order at joann and even they didnt have the exact one but I got something close to it ( I still have the receipt). I dont appreciate the fact that she lied about my jacket being made of shells and then telling me shes not paying me back for the buttons she broke and on top of that lying about the price of the cheap buttons she bought.

I am rejecting this response because: I was given a check but I needed it to cleared. The check has cleared and the issue is now resolved. Thanks for your prompt action in helping to get this matter resolved.
