Review: 2011 X5 Fuel injector warranty repair attempted, car at Sterling on 3 separate occasions to repair injectors, a nut was dropped in air intake damaging turbo fan. Dealership said it was my fault, which is absurd.Desired Settlement: Do the right thing replace turbo fan at no charge. Your repair persons worked on car 2 times of which damage occurred and worked on the car again to report damage. No charge replacement of turbo fan is all that is requested.

Review: I took my X5 in to Sterling BMW in Newport Beach for a check up in January and was told that it needed alignment work and new tires. I opted not to have the work done just yet and ended up bringing it back 6 months later. I even told them of the repairs called out the last time I was there and I was helped by the same service rep ([redacted]). I was shocked when he called later saying the work needed was fluid and CV boot. I asked him to please complete the work but didn't mention the tires or alignment. The next day when he called to say it was all done I specifically asked if the tires and alignment were ok as we are heading into winter, he said "Yep they are all good". I asked why he told me 6 months ago that the tires and alignment needed to be done but now they are "All good"? He said "oh well, I mean the tires could be replaced but are below the threshold." I asked about the alignment and he said "Its fine". I feel that the this individual is recommending unneeded repairs.Desired Settlement: I would like to know if the manager of Sterling BMW service department is aware of this practice and if he condones it.

Review: I purchased the den guard insurance (Agreement number is [redacted]) from BMW sterling.

Started from May, 2015, I tried to contact both dent guard and BMW and wanted to cancel the insurance, more than 20 calls and emails and got no response.

The reason that I would like to cancel the dentguard insurance is becuase BMW sales lady said it would cover the dent and scratch of whole exterior. But its not true. the bumper and any plastic parts are not included. Therefore I cannot use dent guard to fx the scratch on my bumper.

Called BMW, and they always said they will have their accounting give me a call back, but I never receive a phone call. Finally got a call back from BMW at Dec 2015. And email [redacted] (BMW's accounting [redacted] ) the document for dent guard insurance termination.

After that, still no able to reach [redacted] and response from her at all.

And I still be charging for dent guard insurance every month and have no way to cancel it, becuse BMW would not response!Desired Settlement: I would like to have BMW sterling cancel the dent gurard insurance right away and refund me the dent guard insurance fee of this month- January.
