This place is nasty DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER PUTTING YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS PLACE The nursing staff is really sweet & considerate (except for a few) They were very attentive to my loved one They try very hard for what they have to work with However, this nursing home is an old motel probably from the 50's and it looks like it The smell of urine & feces is over powering when you walk in It's very dirty The bathrooms have a small sink and toilet The bathrooms aren't even handicap accessibleThe showers & tubs have been boarded up so they can no longer be used When we moved my sister out and moved her furniture there were bugs & dirt where her furniture had be placed We saw mice in the room so they put mouse traps out Not very healthy!! I understand from the Hospice Nurses that this is the only nursing home accepts Veteran's insurance Our veterans should be placed in a better place than this It's deplorable So glad she is no longer in the place
