I have received the issue regarding “Advertising Issues”After reviewing the sales call pertaining to this account that took place on 11/22/2013, we have determined the customer's complaint is invalid. Below are my findings from the call. Timestamp 2:00 customer mentions he
wants CNN, History, and Korean channels.Timestamp 2:50 agent asks what Korean channels do you want, customer states what channels do you have.Timestamp 3:27 agents mentions the Korean Tiger package and names off the channels included in the package and gives pricing of Customer does not mention the “KBS world” channel. Timestamp 19:40 agent calls Dish regarding previous balance.Timestamp 24:Dish agent states he will issue a credit due to good payment history on previous account.Timestamp 30:agent calls Dish back to see if she can get help getting customer qualified.Timestamp 34:dish Rep builds the accountAgent told Dish rep (who rebuilt the account) that the customer wanted the ATpackage and the Korean Tiger package for 19.99. $per month for both packages. Timestamp 44:Agent goes over all disclosures and explains the auto pay feature. This customer had Dish installed at his home on 11/24/2013.We called MrRezvani to explain the findings from the call and left a voicemail as there was no answer. I have forwarded this information to Dish since there are some complaints in the letter regarding the Dish installer and some Dish representatives. The timeline of the response is consistent with my complaint; however, the sales department did not inform me that the Top package would also include an additional $fee for a special dish and hopper that would
be another $per monthI learned this information when the installer arrived.The installer then assist me with selecting a more affordable package of America's Top 120, which included the KBS World programs (one Korean channel)After I agreed to go with the America's Top 120, the installer installed the necessary equipment; when he went to show me the KBS World program channels, he could not find themThe installer called his office regarding this issue, and they told him KBS World was just recently removed.
