collections. The manager personally called your son on 12/23/15 after receiving a message from him. When he did not answer she emailed him at 2:29pm. He did not respond to this email. Once accounts are handed over to the collection agency all disputes must be in writing and go through them. We have tried to reach out to your son but have not had any luck getting in contact with him about his account. Please have him reach out to the collection agency immediately if he feels like there is a discrepancy.

My son has no record at all of an any emails from Sterling, nor does he have any phone messages. He had tried to call the manager at the Sterling several times, leaving messages. I also sent several emails to the bookkeeper and have records of the emails. I never received a response from Erin. The Sterling was left with [redacted]'s home address yet failed to send a final account statement. We did not receive a FAS until recently from one of the rental reps that finally answered the phone. We have sent a correspondence to [redacted] disputing the one charge along with payment for the first two FAS. We still need Sterling to APPROVE the removal of the other charge of $410 which appeared OVER 45 days lAFTER Ms. H[redacted]'s inspection.
