George Harrison from Sterling Credit had contacted me to confirm ona refund that was due to be paid back to me. After several deposits into Electrum Bitcoin Wallet no refund has come to light. I have become bankrupt and in major debt due to their lies. I do not trust Sterling Credit.My email is [email protected] for refence.
So all of 2022 I was getting screwed over by everyone and I mean everyone but thick company here is garbage trash and makes me never want to buy a car again from a car lot so from the start car lot had screwed me on the the car I was supposed to get cause he wanted to keep the car for his kid so fine brushed that off so I chose the nices vehicle I saw silver tahoe one owner koo had the Truck a year paid on time all the time every month so monthly payment comes up 400 bucks no problem I pay the 400 all together so let gf drive to work get a call truck is gone only Damm car I have so I call this garbage company mind you spent 1200 in tires stereo equipment inside batteries lights everything ask them what's going on say to me I'm 2 months late and owe them 900 dollars so I got to the site 200 I owe so where Is this 900 coming from so long story short tell them keep the truck but I want my belongings out everything I put in and on it they tell me if it's bolted to the vehicle I can't take it then when I go to see what I can get off and out the have you guarded with cameras on you BS FIND MY TRUCK FOR SALE A MONTH LATER AND EVERYTHING IS GONE WHEELS STEREO STUFF EVERYTHING SO so I'm gone tell yall don't buy no car from smart buy auto sales or any where unless they tell you right then what company you will be handed to and be dealing with later but I wasn't even late on my vehicle owed them 200 at the time and I took a 5g loss and being sued and re selling the truck for what I had left to pay ..this company and there dealers are trash
If I can give this company negative stars I would! I don’t understand why my account was sold to them. They are ridiculous and unprofessional! First problem, payments never show up accurately on the website or when calling to make a payment! 2nd problem, the non stop harassment calls that continue to call you, in which I change my number to they could stop calling me! 3rd problem: the customer service reps and sup are dumb as and have no clues how to run a business! I called in to get a pay out amount in my account to be told that my account was 31 days passed due and they haven’t received a payment since Jan21. I’m like oh hell naw! I told them oh no, I will send you my bank statements, confirmation numbers, etc! I always keep up with my receipts just in case something like this come up. I told them that there system is wack and does not show anything correctly! The rep continue to talk over me, would not listen, and continue to argue with me! I’m like shut up sometimes and hear the customer you will be able to hear that I make my payments! I hung up in her and call back and asked for a sup. The sup was immediately unprepared, rude and disrespectful. When I asked him that I wanted all my receipts from 2018 to current, he got an attitude and told me that he sent the receipts and I should look at them. I said if you look at the receipts, it shows I’m current. I said you guess system is fk up and you need to fix this! He then told me that we have been on the call for too long and we need to wrap this up! I told him excuse me, I don’t care if we have been talking so long, if I am giving you my coins, and I have given you guys 11,000 plus, best believe I don’t care if we have been talking long, I’m the customer that is paying your salary and you are going to assist me and help with your company mistake! I said don’t you ever say that to me or any other customer because we pay our money to you. I then called him a dumb as because clearly he did it know what to say and he never apologize that he and his company was wrong about my account! Very unprofessional!
