Sterling Early Learning Center

Unlike the previous customer, my experience is AWESOMEI know that the Director gives EVERY parent a fair chance She is caring and understanding I have recommended so many families to this center I do believe that people who leave the center for reasons not disclosed they choose to go out their way and write a bad poor reviewThe center is AWSOME as well as the directors and staff People please go and check the center out for yourselves and not listen to bitter people

the center is greatteacher is great and the Director is so understanding I am here to give the center an A plus I am happy I enrolled my children here Thank you for the best before and after school service in the area

We paid for the summer camp, but when attended the building is closed down, all furniture removed and never receive a prior notice from the company
We registered our child to attend their summer program, and paid for the registration and portion of the camp cost one month prior When arrive upon the date of 7/03/the building was completely shutdown, no electricity, all furnishing removed, even the window blinds I was left wondering with some parents outside the door that morning I tried to contact them with the numbers that I knew, but all lines are cut off

This review is for Sterling Early Learning Center in Garland, TexasI believe there is another location but the facility I am about to describe is the one located in GarlandUpon my investigation as far as a dfps center check and rebiews here and there I thought Sterling was going to be an awesome Christian based facility I visited this school along with others to determine what would be the best fit for my childrenSterling succeded all the othersThe teachers there at the time seemed amazing and liked they really loved the childrenI liked the fact they had cameras in all the rooms, I liked that the teachers were very hands on, my children felt comfortable upon visiting the center as did myself, and most importantly they claimed to be Christian basedInitially my children loved the center and the two teachers they had at the time were Amazing womenMiss Jessica and Miss ShuntaeOver time sterling seemsd to have a very high turnover rate as far as teachers were concerned so there were new faces here and there, but none the less my children still enjoyed attending the centerI mean seriously it was a good school in the beginningIt was like things changed literally overnightLike there was a facade because things started going downhillI am not going to speak on personal experiences, but my childrens attitudes towards the center started changing and they no lonher wanted to be there and the started acting out after being literally being very well behaved children at daycare away from homeI also started seeing alot less of the directorAt times she would not ahow show her face for weeksShe would leave the center in the care of her mother which was okay because her mother was kind to me, kind to my children, and did a pretty decent job of taking care of the school in the directors absenceThe director herself seemed lovely at firstThen once you started challenging her on issues or concerns you had, her demeanor changed and stayed that wayNot my place to judge, but you couldnt make me believe she was a Christian womanYou would see less of her but she would send out mass text messages literally everyday all dayYou would try to contact her and she would be unavailableSomething serious taking place she would talk to you through someone else or through a text messageNeither which is a professional way to handle a serious matterDebra Ewill talk down to you as if you are ignorant, clueless and beneath herShe would speak to you as if she was superiorI could go on and on and on about the director of this business but I wouldnt want drag the names of the good teachers through the mudMiss Shuntae was very good and loved the mess out of those childrenShe deserves better than sterlingMrsButler is amazing and knows how ro handle the children she deserves to be affiliated also with a deserving centerMrsKeisha was really warm-hearted and seemed like a good teacher and there was an older lady in the infant room that was really warmheartedThose women alone are the reason why Debra ia still in businessThose are the reasons why I continued to allow my children to attend sterling as long as I didIt got to a point where I just couldn't take it anymore anymoreThere was always something whether it was the slice of processed american cheese, crackers, handful of baby carrots and apple sauce I found them feeding my children for "dinner", the picking my child up to find no order in the classroom because there was a new staff member that couldn't handle the children and was letting them do as they please, or just the disrespect and retaliation from the supposedly Christian woman who was "running" the center who was vindictive but would end EVERY text message with THANK YOU, Have a BLESSED dayPlease choose wiselyYour children have to spend all day hereThis is just my opinion...I had more issues with the director than the staff that was hands on with my childrenAs a professional person you have ro know how to handle patrons of your businessEspecially when the business is to care for childrenGod says vengeance is his...remember that because in my quarter century of life and being a child of God I have witnessed these things from him...Vengeance or Karma whatever you want to call it....I have never seen it fail
