Sterling Estate Sales

This is the first notice I have received.Per our contract that this consignor signed and has a copyChecks for sales are written on the 25th of the following month. This person asked that we mail her check because it is not
convenient for her to pick up even after we advised her we have had problems with checks not being deliveredHer check was mailed 7/25/After aproximatley weeks she notified that she had not received the check. I told her I could write her another check less bank fees we would be charged because it is not our policy to mail again this is in her contract.The check eventually was returned to our address. I called her to advise her the check is here. Her daughter picked the check up on 8/27.She has cashed the check *** * ***
