We are the FilterQueen service and warranty center assigned to assist and handle Ms. [redacted]’ needs regarding her FilterQueen products.  It came to our attention that Ms. [redacted] had attempted to reach out to Health-Mor Industries, Inc. which is our supplier, instead of reaching out to us, her local service center. We were unaware that she was having any sort of issue until we received notification of the customer complaint to your agency.  As soon as we received notice of her complaint I reached out to Ms. [redacted] by phone and let her know that we will be scheduling our service technician to come to her home at no charge and address any all concerns she is currently having with her FilterQueen products.  I also informed Ms. [redacted] that her machines are still under warranty so there will be no charge for any repairs needed and assured her that her machine will be in perfect working order.  Ms. [redacted] was satisfied with this resolution and now has all of our contact information for any future needs she may have.
