Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.The repair shop requested the estimate after determining that there were extenuating circumstances in my case since I didn’t not live in the same state as their shop The estimate amount was done at a repair facility that is nationwide The repairs to the vehicle after taking it in to get the estimate proved to be more intense than previously thought by myself with my untrained eyeMy initial contact to the company with the estimate was ignored and that was when I decided to call and see what action would be takenI was not told by the manager at that time that they offered a lifetime warranty on the work In fact, the entire conversation on his side was him telling me that he would not look at another thing to do with my vehicle The trip to Houston to their repair facility is over hours They understood this when I first contacted them and were willing to work with me given that the issue was obviously a workmanship issue, not another unrelated repair The cost to fix the mess up would obviously cost near what the original repair was because the shop would have basically redo what was already done once The original issue with the sanding marks ended up not being the only issue with the repair The back door is not aligned properly and I also stated that the paint was never fixed on the rear wheel well and door edge where the initial damage occurred I trusted this company to put my car back to the state it was before the accident, as it was only months old and perfect condition when the accident happened-and they did not do that The car need to be fixed correctly and the cost of that should be at their expense for all the trouble that this has caused and because it is their fault that it is still not right Regards, [redacted]

Repair shop repaired vehicle in july 2017, in October customer sent our employee an email stating there was damage to her vehicle sent with an estimate to repair vehicle that was clearly higher in damage to repair vehicle, than what we had repaired in july,spoke to customer and did tell her that I would need to see vehicle, and if that it was a workmanship related repair and not additional damage , that we did have a lifetime warranty on all our repairs completed at our shop

I Have reached out to a local collision center who are owned by the GM dealer (*** *** *** to see if they would give me a second estimate, they are located in Clarksville@ *** *** ** *** *** please ask for the mgr *** *** so if the customer goes by there for an estimate we can movr forward
