Mr*** payoff was with a credit union and when he purchased the vehicle the credit union was closedAll of our customers sign an agreement that if the payoff is lon, we or the finance institution will cut them a check and if it is short, the customer is responsibleNo different than any
other customer, Mr*** is responsible for that amount and until he pays it, this will delay his vehicle registration and possibly accumulate late fees with the credit union since the balance needs to be satisfied, I will be glad to share the signed agreementWe bent backwards for Mr*** replacing a scratched bumper, paying for a rental vehicle while the work was done, etcWe hope to clear this up before the end of the week

I have emailed the cancellation department in order to research the customer's complaint. I will respond with an answer as soon as it is available.
