Review: I purchased an eye exam for contact lenses and glasses from this office. My initial appointment was on June ** at 11:30am. Between June ** and August **, I had to go in over 5 times and still do not have the correct prescription for my contacts and glasses. This is not an article of clothing, it's my eye sight and I have run out of my original contact prescription because they took so long. Now, I have no contacts and a pair of glasses with the wrong prescription. I'm going out of town for two weeks on August ** and cannot see clearly. They gave me a partial refund even though I walked away with terrible service and no product.

We are very sorry that [redacted] feels this way, however our try to work with her.

The first time that patient came to our office was on June [redacted] and she pay $75.00 for a fitting of contact lenses. Lenses were order and patient pick up initial pair on June [redacted] and seeing by Doctor as well, and another pair was order for the patient base on her vision.

Patient came another day for a follow up and she schedulled another appointment on July [redacted], base on that appointment another pair of lenses order.

August [redacted] patient pick up pair of lense, however did not try contact lenses and only took them with her.

On August [redacted] patient came for another appointment to make an adjustment in her prescription base on her exam giving to her.

The office order the lenses Fedex and patient pick up. The pair of lense on August [redacted].

We did not heard from patient till August [redacted] stating that she still was having difficulty with prescription, we proceed to schedulled an appointment on the same day.

On the above day another adjustment was made, but patient was inform that we could not promise next day due to her high astigmatism. At that moment patient requested full refund.

The store policy is no refund but we offer as a courtercy half because we did provide her with an exam, followups and severals pair of lenses.
