Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved I received a call from the Sterling Optical store in [redacted] yesterday saying they had the [redacted] registration card for me with the [redacted] lens cleaning clothI went there and picked it upI asked them why didn't I get these items when I picked up my eyeglasses? They said no one had ever asked for them before?I still had my doubts if my coatings were truly [redacted] because the [redacted] company said it was NOT possible to coat existing lenses? I called [redacted] when I got home and told them the store gave me a [redacted] registration card and you say it cant be done? The wind up is Suzanne at [redacted] , sent me an overnight shipping label to [redacted] I sent her my eyeglasses this morning and [redacted] them self is making me a brand new pair of lenses with the BEST [redacted] coating they have to assure that I have get what I paid for and they will also check the lenses the the Sterling store gave me to see what I got from themSo hopefully in a few days I will get what I paid for! Revdex.com:On Friday I decided to call the Lynbrook store and see what was their excuse for not calling me back and find out any news of my eyeglassesI asked to speak to Mark and was told he is busy and then was told my FRAMES were there and to come get my eyeglassesSo it seems they did have the lenses without the frames then the frames came back? I went there got my glasses and leftNo one there EVER apologized for all the mix up and not calling me??? Bottom line I finally got my eyeglasses back.They also never made any mention that I contacted the Revdex.com? At this time, I have been contacted directly by Sterling Optical (Lynbrook) regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They provided a partial credit, withholding monies for the eye exam and refused to provide the prescription after numerous...

Review: On Saturday, October [redacted] my husband and I visited this establishment to purchase new glasses for myself and contacts for my husband. I advised the sales person - Jennifer - that I had eyemed coverage for both of us. After obtaining eye exams - we proceded to place the orders for both products. My husband did his contacts first and the charge was a total of $310.00 plus $75.00 for the exam. We felt it was high and Jennifer reassured us both that when she processed it through the insurance on Monday it would be a lower price and that he would get the same price on 1800CONTACTS.

I then proceedeed with the glasses - when all was said and done the total on the glasses was $872.00, again having the conversation with Jennifer about the high cost and assuring us that it would was good and she would put it through the insurance on Monday.

We returned home, I immediately reviewed my policy and returned to the store pointing out to her all of the overcharges. She told me that she put the general deductions from my insurance but on Monday would put it through the insurance and adjust the invoice.

I contacted her this morning and she advised me that she did contact my insurance and there were going to call her back in a few hours. I then contacted my insurance company myself and found out that she never did contact them.

I then received a call from someone named Mark who told me they made a mistake and that he would refund me $20.00. I told him that was unacceptable and that I wanted to cancel the entire order. He told me he refused to cancel the order because he doesn't do that. He refused to give me the name of the owner. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company as well.Desired Settlement: cancellation of the order and refund to my credit card in full
