An explanation of our services is as follows: We charge $for a contact lens eye examWe also offer a promotion for $99: A contact lens eye exam & months supply of " [redacted] " contact lenses We honor the same promotion through [redacted] for $ [redacted] wanted to change the terms and conditions of the promotionShe wanted to obtain a premium brand of contact lenses and pay the non-premium priceIn response to the allegations made by the complainant, [redacted] ***: [redacted] WAS given a valid copy of her prescription [redacted] WAS told the name of the doctor of optometryThat information was NEVER withheldThe fact that [redacted] misstated the above serious issues goes to her lack of veracityWe were forthright in our dealings with the complainantWe were overarching in our efforts to satisfy [redacted] ***At one point, [redacted] became verbally abusive towards the staff and the doctor, and this was documented in her record in a timely mannerThank you for your attention to this matterWe strive to keep our patients well cared for and happy

Hello Ms, Tiiqhman.In response to the complaint filed by [redacted] ***: [redacted] came into our store with an outside prescriptionOur doctor did not provide the eye exam [redacted] ***'s vision plan is with [redacted] which means her lenses must come directly from their lab Unfortunately, we have no control over when the lenses over the correctness of the lenses or how long it takes for the lenses to arrive at our storeOur experience has been that the turnaround time can be between to weeKs and in certain cases sometimes longerWhen [redacted] received her glasses she could not see out of them, That is not unusual for bifocal lensesShe returned a few weeks later complaining that she could not see out of the glasses and that they made her dizzyThe optician decided to do [redacted] ***'s optical measurements and realized that the measurements that had been done were wrongIn order to see out of bifocals correctly the measurements must be correctThe optician asked her to leave the glasses and she agreedThe glasses had to be sent back to [redacted] with the correct measurementsAgain, we have no control over when [redacted] will send the new lenses, We Informed [redacted] that we would notify her as soon as they arrived and we did,I am really sorry that [redacted] is dissatisfied with her purchase but our store policy clearly states that there is NO REFUNDWe made every attempt to accommodate [redacted] ***, we even offered her a discount for a future purchase and she declined, We take great pride in providing exceptional customer service and productsAgain, I am very sorry to hear that [redacted] is dissatisfied but for Sterling Optical to accept responsibility for a prescription our doctor did not write and lenses are lab did not make is quite unfairIf you should have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####Best Regards, Lolita M

In 2006, I used Modern Plumbing to install a natural gas pipe from the gas meter to a Whole-House Generator on the side of my homeAll went wellIt was a good priceThey showed when they said, and finished as promised on timeIn 2015, CenterPoint came by to replace my gas meterThey stated that a required tap is not presentI called Modern and told them what CenterPoint statedThey assumed an oversight on their partThey dispatched a plumber, installing a tap within hours of my callNo charge

We have resolved the issue with the consumer and have given them new lenses

Attached above shows a prescription provided by the owner This is NOT a valid prescription Eye exam was already done for $and fitted for *** However, the examiner told me that the store brand only makes one diameter lens which is not suitable for me At this time, a prescription relating to the eye exam for lens, providing all pertinent info should have been provided to me According to the *** *** *** and *** ** *** *** states this CLEARLY Name of the examiner was withheld but eventually provided by the owner via the telephone the following day as Francis G*** Her name was spelled out by himself She was not wearing a name badge, which also a violation under her profession Her name was searched through the *** ** *** site and did not come up, so I still am not sure if this is really her name A letter of professional misconduct was mailed to the state
The fact that the owner charges additional fee because I don't want to purchase *** brand from him is outrageous The examiner repeatedly refused to provide ANY prescription and knowing I cannot wear the store brand because it causes my pain in my eyes

We received this complaint on August *,2016.Customer came to our location on 07/**/I personally handled this transactionCustomer placed an order for a pair of RayBan custom prescription sunglassesDuring the transaction the customer was advised that it would take approximately a week and
half to two weeks for the product to be ready but we would contact her as soon as ready for pick upIt is not a stock order and due to the features requested such as a mirror coating, the product was being provided to us through a third party labOnly a few days had gone by when we received a call from the customer asking if her glasses were readyAt this time she was told they were not, and once again advised that her order is custom and takes approximately a week and half to two weeksA couple of more days went by I received notice advising that the customer was looking for the status on her glassesAt this point I contacted the laboratory for a status in order to provide the customer with the informationThe lab informed us t hat one of the lenses had failed inspection and was in the process of being remadeI contacted the customer to give her a status and she was very irateShe called again on Thursday, August *, I answered her callShe asked for her glasses I advised her again we were waiting for the arrival of her glasses and that we would be in receipt of it as soon as it passed inspectionInspections are necessary in order to provide her with a safe as well as good quality productAt this point she became upset and began yellingIt was difficult to understand what she was saying and I advised her of suchShe finally lowered her voice and demanded a refundI told her we have a no refund policy, store credit onlyThis is noted on a sign in our store wall as well as her invoice and credit card receiptShe said she would be contacting her attorney and the Revdex.comThe product came in the following day August *, She was advised it was ready for pick upShe came in the pick up the next day August *,

She wanted to obtain a premium brand of contact lenses and pay the non-premium price. In response to the allegations made by the complainant, [redacted]: 1. [redacted] WAS given a valid copy of her prescription. 2. [redacted] WAS told the name of the doctor of optometry. That information was NEVER withheld. The fact that [redacted] misstated the above serious issues goes to her lack of veracity. We were forthright in our dealings with the complainant. We were overarching in our efforts to satisfy [redacted]. At one point, [redacted] became verbally abusive towards the staff and the doctor, and this was documented in her record in a timely manner.
