distributing for residents to pick up.  The Building door was fixed and was confirmed fix by my maintenance staff, Security as well as myself.  The Homeless man was arrested during Thanksgiving and has not been back since and I relayed that information to the resident.  I provided [redacted] with the regional manager’s contact information and she has yet to address her concerns with her.    Residents who leave trash outside of their apartment receive trash violations onsite and expected to pay a fine.  Again, this was explained to the resident regarding neighbors who leave trash out.  We have Courtesy Patrol between the hours of 7PM and 7AM and she was given their contact info for noise complaints regarding loud music after hours.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Many of my concerns have been addressed. I spoke with management and as long as management carries out their agreement to replace the water heater soon etc. to fix our hot water problem then the issue is resolved. The other issues were resolved.
