Thank you for your feedbackFirst off I would like to apologize for not having the information needed upon the first conversation between Ms*** and myselfWe had recently undergone a management take overWhen this happened we also
underwent a software change and did not and we will never have access to prior resident information if it was not printed and kept in the actual fileI was able to locate Mr***'s file and from what I found the charges were in fact fees due from a past utility charge that had not been paidI was also able to determine that they did mail the final account statement upon the move out date to the address indicated but due to poor handwriting they misread one of the numbers and it was mailed to the wrong addressBecause I was not the manager here at the time I can't fully determine all actions taken by the prior management companyOn behalf of the new management company, and Sterling Park we will extend the courtesy and have the charges removedWe have contacted the collection company in order to do so on A representative at *** *** said we would receive confirmation once that had been done and I plan to forward that information to the address providedI do not have a time frame as of nowShould any further questions be brought they can be addressed to the communityWe apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, again we can't explain what the prior management did or why but what we can do is ask for your patience while we correct it for youThank you!

I appreciate your feedback ***I am truly sorry that you feel we were unable to meet the necessary rectification of your
situationDue to confidentiality you are unable to be in the loop at all times, and I just can't discuss my conversations with you regarding another residents lease and/or what I may have done or said to themI can share this young lady and I have been in contact every time you spoke to me about your concern and she is aware of any penalties that she would face if that behavior continuedSince I have not heard or seen you after the thermostat issue was resolved my only assumption was that things had improved based on my last conversation with your roommateAs we are committed to assisting our residents and providing them with exceptional service at all times, we will surely use your comments to improve and take the appropriate actionsWe are very sorry for falling short of your expectationsI do feel I did everything within my power as reported each time within our lease agreement and the lawShould you have any further questions please feel free to set up a meeting with me at the officeThank you
