Review: I dropped off my [redacted] sewing machine for service on 12/2/14 since the tension was not correct. It had previously been there for service in July of 2014. I have used Sterling [redacted] for repairs for over 10 years and have always been satified with their service. I called on 12/4/14 and 12/6/14 to see what the status of the machine was and left a message with my name and telephone number both times. On 12/17/14, I tried calling again and received a busy signal for over 2 hours. I decided to drive down to the shop thinking that the telephone was off the hook. When I got there there was a sign saying temporary out of business relocating in about a month. My machine is still in the locked store I think. Should I file a report with the [redacted] Police Department??? Please advise on how I can get my sewing machine back.
