Complaint has been resolved All funds have been returned to the consumer It is our understanding that an error in unit availability by the Resort Association resulted in the need to switch units for our customer As a result there was a delay in the processing of their [redacted] International Application Consumer is obviously frustrated by the delay We have done everything we can by ensuring all funds were returned and the contract cancelled[redacted]

Hi, I need to add to the last response I sentIt went through before I wrote anythingWe only defaulted on it after not being able to use itWe started in the beginning paying on it for a while and paid a maintenance fee too and then went to use it and couldn'tThat is the whole issueI find it funny that they didn't respond to the Revdex.com but of course responded to the RI Attorney General's OfficeThey give you no way to get out of it even if you wanted toWhen I tried using it before we stopped paying it and we couldn't I tried calling and seeing what I could do to get rid of it because it was absolutely useless and they said nopeCan't do anything for me and hung upThat right there is unfairIt can't be resold because NO ONE wants to buy a scamThere are other complaints right on the Revdex.com website of other people having this issue with this company and there's got resolved!!
