Totally scammed me. I needed a new pool pump and got on the phone with them and they told me they could come out Monday to put it in. When discussing the pump we got online and looked at pumps [redacted] sells...they price matched a multi speed. They also immediately charged my CC, which I was not happy about, especially since they did not come until several days after promised. When I discovered they had installed a pump that costs $200 less at [redacted] I contacted them via FB and the owner, Brent, contacted me to apologize and told me he was the owner and not involved in conversations the week before and told me he want to make it right. I agreed to let them come out and fix plunger switch on my hot tub. Over a series of months (May 12-August) I dealt with them trying to get them to complete the work. I was left with a makeshift switch on the side of my house and was told that he could not pull the line to get it to work and "sometimes that just happens". He informed me that the service call to not fix it cost me $110 and that he still owes me $90....Doubt I will ever see it, but people should know about this company. They lied and and I was left worse off when they tried to make it right. Would be happy to cut and paste the conversation with the owner and share it with anyone who might doubt I am being fair with this guy. His last communication told me where his wife works, how active he is in a large church and what great reach he has in our community....well, good luck. Word of mouth is a [redacted] when you scam people.
