Sterling Screen Printing Reviews (%countItem)

We've had several issues with this company with lost product, missed delivery dates, non-responsive service, all of which has not been compensated.

Looking at social media and reviews of this company along with other sister companies HAS Marketing, T-Shirt Elephant, there is a major issue with how this company runs it's business and I'm sure it's affected other businesses along with consumers.

Desired Outcome

We've had 5 projects in the last 3 months that's been held, and tried to push through. We've missed deliveries, and have lost business, and all we want is our missing product, we've shipped for them to complete, to be located and shipped back. It's about $1,500+ of product we're missing.

Product I received was different from what was agreed upon per the mockup agreement I received from the company.

Item: *** Black Crew Necks - 16 of these were ordered. Shirts each consisted of three screen printed designs. One on the left sleeve, the front of the shirt and the right sleeve. All prints were printed against what was approved as per the mockup agreement. Sizing and placement of the prints are incorrect. Left sleeve print was agreed to be printed at 4"x4" but was printed at 3.5"x4.5". Front of shirt was agreed to be printed at 10"x13.9" but was printed at 9.6"x13.6". This print was also off centre by .5". Right sleeve had the sizing correct but the placement of the print was far from what was agreed upon. We agreed to print the design in the centre of the sleeve, but it was placed 2.5" from the bottom seam.

In regards to the prints themselves, almost all of the detail is missing in the front print regardless of the fact that it was clearly shown in both the mockup provided by the company and my artwork file they received. Print was also cracked upon arrival in several locations causing the print to look old and distressed.

Item: *** hoodie in Black and Athletic Grey. I order 11 of these. They were printed direct to garment on both front and back. Prints themselves are sized and placed correctly, but when they arrived they were still sticky to the touch (they are still currently this way). I hand washed inside out/hung to dry one of the hoodies I was keeping for myself and when I was done I came to find that the print was peeling off in several places some of which are almost completely now bare. This leads me to believe that the shirts were not cured properly after the printing process.

Company was difficult to communicate with prior to these issues. It took 28 emails just to get to the payment process even though I was very clear with what I was looking for. After payment had been taken, I was notified that one of my original requests regarding the placement of the front print could not be met. I had originally asked for this print to be started right above the elastic seam and was now being told that it had to be printed between 1-2.5 inches above (we ended up agreeing on 1" above). The issue here is that I was only informed of this AFTER I had paid. On top of that, the company is extremely hard to get a hold of and locate. It is impossible to get a human by phone and there is several addresses listed for them, making it hard to identify which building they actually work from.

I have reached out to the company with several emails and only got one response which stated, "We're sorry you are disappointed with the product." and none of the issues (as relayed above) had been addressed. I provided them with photo evidence of all the issues as well so they could see for themselves what I had stated above. I then approached them in person due to the emails being ignored and spoke with *** He would not give me his supervisors names or contact info (had to find it myself online) and was unable to assist me with the matter as he was only the middle man. He then went on to tell me that, "they (supervisors) are well aware of everything, their standpoint from their perspective is they did it as per the proof". This is clearly not the case as I have provided them with clear evidence showing otherwise. I have emailed the supervisor (***) and have yet to hear back. This situation has not been properly acknowledged or rectified.

Desired Outcome

At this point I do not feel comfortable working with this company to find any other resolution aside from getting a full refund for the product and shipping costs. I understand that labor and materials were used to produce these products, but due to the lack of communication and difficulty I have experienced while trying to rectify this situation, I truly believe I deserve a full refund which will be includes those costs.
