Run, run away. Owner is an aggressive blowhard. After failing to install things to code (no permit pulled, refused to show that the techs were licensed for the work) in a shoddy manner, and failing to deliver the contracted gear he deceptively has his techs remove everything while they were supposed to be fixing it and still wanted to get paid. His negotiations are take what I was gracious enough to install or I threaten to sue regardless of contracts. This guy leverages the good will of giving some charities free installs to get a foothold and that many will pay him off rather than fight.
