Review: I was visiting New Orleans (May 22/15) and saw an ad, on the streetcar, for this store and it sold "pandora" compatible New Orleans themed charms. So I made the trip, to the French Quarter, to visit it. When I entered, the staff was friendly and helpful and the charms were beautiful. I purchased two charms and was extremely happy. UNFORTUNATELY, this experience was short-lived!! A week after returning to Canada I noticed that the color was coming off the charm. This is when everything went downhill. The store has a website and sells their jewelry online, so I contacted the email and no one responded. A few days later I called and talked to a woman, who could have cared less about my problem. She gave me a different email address and told me to send pictures and my receipt, which I did and still no response! I called a few more times and spoke with two ladies who were more helpful. They contacted "Miss S[redacted]" who told me to send the charm and they would fix or replace it. (There policy on their website states "Our goal is 100% satisfaction" & "We guarantee that our products have no defects. If you receive an item that is defected, or possibly damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will proceed accordingly") What I was told next was I would have to pay for shipping to and back from their shop!! They want to charge me $35.00US to ship it back to me! I was fine with paying the shipping to get it to them, but I think they should pay to send it back to me. I asked for "Miss S[redacted]" to contact me to discuss this and she has not bothered to respond to me personally, she has her staff do the dirty work! Their customer service is terrible and their "Guarantee" mean nothing, and their products are defective!Desired Settlement: I think they should fix or replace the item and SHIP IT BACK TO ME FOR FREE! An apology wouldn't hurt either.
