Please find included a copy of the paperwork as was given to [redacted] at the time of the estimate and at the completion of the movePlease note it indicates the following.No excess charge was made, and as indicated by the paperwork, includedAn estimate was given of 1/hours, with an estimated cost of $A packing estimate was given of $plus materials which she declined and said she would be packed and ready to go! She was NOTNo “NOT TO EXCEED" was given or implied, as indicated on the paperwork,Her job was Not done on November20th as she stated it was done on November 25th She did however switched dates on several different occasions and evidently can't remember when she moved.She states, she talked to the company (me) on 12-4-which is correct! I did indeed scheduled with her to meet her at her place in Herndon, to discuss the Ticket (Bill) and to look at the damaged china and box it was packed in even though we had NOT packed itWhen in route with Jerry H [redacted] the (crew leader on the job), called her at approximately 5:pm, stating we were in route and should be at her place within a few minutesWhen she found out Jerry was with me she said we were late and could not or would not waitAnd told me NOT to come over and she did NOT want us any place near her home!? I believe I still have a recorded message from her.She states she talked to the Company (me) on 12-11-this is true and I did indeed question her why she did not want MrH [redacted] (Jerry) and myself to come over and look at her supposedly damaged china and to discuss the Ticket (Bill), If she considers this inferring that she is not trust worthy then so be it! I asked Jerry and Greg, two of the crew memberson her job, to write statements telling what they could remember about the move, they did(enclosed)Then she states she talked to me on 12-20-am Out and Öut lie! The Sunday before Christmas Never happened we were off the thru the 27th!In closing why would she write on the ticket “Great job, great attitude!” And sign the ticket ALL ITEMS RECEIVED AND IN GOOD CONDITION! If they were not?I am more than willing to go to arbitration as long as the arbitrator adheres to the terms of the contract.Steven [redacted] Z***
