This office was unaware of any bankruptcy filing and had obtained a Judgment in 1999 prior to discharge. I have no record of [redacted] ever contacting this office to inform us of the bankruptcy filing. I have confirmed on PACER that he was discharged and will immediately cease the...

Review: I recieved a notice of wage garnishment form Marshall R[redacted] M[redacted] # 10 for a creditor of which the credit was discharged back in 03/**/2001 in the [redacted]. I had to track down my case thru PACER and then produced the the documents to my employer, the marshall's office and attempted to contact the law office to do the same. The law office could not be reached and without doing so this garnishment can not be stopped. First I would like to say that there is something wrong for a lawyer to attempt to collect on an amount that was already discharged in a court of law 14 years ago. In most cases a person would not be able to find the document from a case this far back. And if so a person can lose hundreds of dollars before they can do so.Desired Settlement: 1. I need this garnishment to be stopped.
2. All funds returned.
3. No further attempt to collect for the creditor or any other that has been discharged in bankrupcty court.
4. Lawyer's business pratices reviewed.
