I ordered a hockey stride machine for my son as a Christmas gift in November After ordering I was immediately sent a receipt showing my credit card had been charged After not receiving any additional communication, I phoned the company and left a message on their answering machine Three days later I phoned again and this time spoke with a lady who said she would check on my order and phone me back that day The following day I phone again and this time left another message stating my call was never returned The following day I phoned again and the same lady answered the phone and stated, "your order will be shipped on the 19th of December" After some additional dialogue regarding the expected date of delivery, the decision was made to go ahead and ship the product and a neighbor of mine would sign for and take in the package as we would be out of town for Christmas As of December 29th, I had yet to receive the package and the tracking number as promised on December 18th when I was informed my order would be shipped the following day After leaving two additional messages, one on the 27th and one on the 28th, I finally reached the same lady on the 29th of December I was told on the phone that the order was to be shipped on the 26th but UPS did not show up at her business, not to mention it was to be shipped out on the 19th I was told she would email me the tracking information and call me when that happened I did receive the tracking number today, however, after additional phone calls and additional messages, I finally received a call back stating it had been shipped

I ordered a skate cord and paid for it and after 2 months I haven't received it. I have called and left messages and emailed. never a response. I finally called and a lady answered and said she would take my phone number down and call me right back. she never called, but did email me the UPS tracking number. terrible customer service, last time I buy something from them. hopefully the package arrives
