By all accounts terrible service. Went to by a saw here and after 15-20 minutes of waiting someone finally helped me, by which I mean, the guy standing behind the counter reading magazine finally looked up and asked me what I needed. Apparently it was lunch time and I was interrupting him. I eventually bought a $700 saw, which broke two days later. It was covered under warranty, but they couldn't give me any idea how long it would take, but said they would call when it was done. Finally, after 2 weeks I called and they said it was done. So no call, thanks. Recently dropped some chains off to sharpen, again, no timeframe, had to call and find out they we're done. Why do they take my number if they won't call? Got the chains, not sharp at all and changed the angle without asking me. Took them back and they said something like they weren't sharpened fully, no apology for all my wasted time, asked about the angle and they said that's the only angle they sharpen at. This appears to be a family run business who don't care about customers who aren't regulars or friends and should be avoided at all costs. There are plenty of other S[redacted] distributors around, go anywhere else.
