STETSON HATS

Instructed to return my Stetson Dune Gun Club hat and it would be repaired by factory, received hat back with additional unrepairable damages
Mid-February I opened the box of the Stetson Gun Club Dune # Silverbelly hat, I had bought several years ago, new and never used, and very carefully attempted to remove some glue from the sweatband, and brown finish started to come off
Stetson customer service referred me to Patricia, and Aubrey, Manager at their outlet store, and on inspection offered to personally take my damaged hat to the factory, repair the hat, and replace the sweatband
I very much appreciated their efforts, but when I received the returned hat on 02/27/2016, repair attempts have progressively made my new Stetson look even worse
The felt hat now has a bent-broken left brim

I recently won a Stetson Royal Flush hat from a contest that Marlboro sponsoredI sent my claim certificate in to Stetson Hats over 1/weeks agoSince then, I have contacted Stetson Hats times inquiring about if they have received my certificate yet and if they could give me a rough estimate on the delivery timeThey have not responded to any of my inquiries as of yetI started inquiring 1/weeks ago
