usually take orders form the placers of concrete(in this case it was ***) to how much product needed, *** under ordered concrete and then over estimatedsafe nobody got hurt on the job, so it was safetimelyhe ordered concrete and we were there on time; concrete should have been their at about pm and it was*** was inexperienced with the concrete ordering and under order the product and ran out of concrete and ordered more meters(6x =1300) and that is why he paid more for concrete...we asked him before we charge to CC and he gave us the Okwe were heading towards the plant and got a call from *** that he did not want to pay more for the concrete to finish job at this point we said fine and would go off site which was fine with ushe then call us back and okeyed the extra product and charges, he wanted to finish job...jimmy, the truck driver was beside me and heard all thisHe call our company for concretehe gave the wrong measurements the forms were 2xinstead 2x, and at some places there was a inch gap under the formsthat needs a lot more concretehe ordered more meter and they only needed 2-more the second time around...that would have been about $dollars more instead of it is not our fault that he did not now how to order concrete (inexperienced)...this is where a good finisher comes inWe had to extra labours on site from a job near by, which we did not charge *** for because he did not have enough help to do the job, they placed and finished concrete this would have cost *** $we did not charge him for the extra helpWe only charged *** the min charge for the pump which was hrs and it took us about for the pump, so we saved him another $In concludtion, the only reason it cost *** more to finish his job was that he did not know what he was doing, he under ordered and then over ordered which cost him more money and that is why he is not happywe can not and will not pay for another persons mistakes...in this case we did pay more and is still not satisfiedWe when beyond the call of duty in providing *** a great product and great service and a great dealIf we did it again we would have gone to site before we delivered and measured it by our self, which was not our job
