Review: The customer services at Steve Allen Insurance Agent is not professional at all along with Steve Allen himself. They make changes to your policy without informing you about the changes. The customer services person hangs up in your face. I just asked to speak to some one nicer than her because she was so rude. She hung up in my face. The agent Steve Allen called me back and he was rude.
